1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CardPriceOracle, its website, APIs, or any Canva apps published by CardPriceOracle (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CardPriceOracle provides trading card pricing data, collection management tools, and design integrations through its website and Canva apps. The Service aggregates publicly available pricing information from third-party sources and presents it for informational purposes.

3. Canva Apps

CardPriceOracle publishes the following Canva apps:

• CardPriceOracle: Trading card data, images, and price labels for Canva designs.
• CardPrice Signs: Card show signs, QR posters, and promotional graphics.
• Dynamic QR Studio: Editable QR campaigns with tracking and mockup previews.
• Client Handoff Kit: Design delivery packages with share pages and client notes.

Use of these apps is also subject to Canva's Terms of Use and any applicable Canva marketplace policies.

4. User Accounts

Some features require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service beyond normal API usage.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable request volumes.

6. Pricing Data Disclaimer

Prices are estimates and may vary by source, condition, language, grading, sale timing, and market availability.

CardPriceOracle does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing information. Pricing data is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for buying, selling, or trading decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of CardPriceOracle. Card images, names, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners (Wizards of the Coast, The Pokemon Company, Bandai, Konami, etc.). CardPriceOracle displays this content under fair use for informational and reference purposes.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Canva, TCGPlayer, Cardmarket, eBay, and others. CardPriceOracle is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. CardPriceOracle is not affiliated with card manufacturers, marketplaces, grading companies, or Canva.

9. Subscription and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardPriceOracle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
