By accessing or using Card Price Oracle ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Card Price Oracle provides real-time pricing intelligence for collectible trading cards across multiple games (Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Sports Cards). The Service aggregates pricing data from third-party marketplaces and APIs.

3. Pricing Data Disclaimer

Card prices displayed are estimates based on publicly available market data and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Prices may vary by condition, edition, seller, and market conditions. Card Price Oracle is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on the pricing data provided. Always verify prices with the actual marketplace before making purchases or sales.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account via Manus OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials or use another person's account.

5. Subscription Plans

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Free users are subject to daily search limits. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Refunds are handled per Stripe's policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the Service beyond normal use
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or subscription restrictions
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Redistribute pricing data commercially without permission
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' access

7. Intellectual Property

Card images and names are property of their respective owners (The Pokemon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Bandai, etc.). Card Price Oracle does not claim ownership of any card imagery or intellectual property. All card data is sourced from publicly available APIs.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Card Price Oracle shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from card purchases or sales based on our pricing data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
